Today his primary focus is in criminal defense litigation. He practices before both the State and Federal judiciary, and he is continually called upon by his peers throughout the State of Idaho for advice and counsel. Michael is a member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
